Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

Digital Products Only

All products available at KristyPatterns are digital cross stitch patterns delivered as downloadable files. No physical items, printed patterns, or finished embroidery will be shipped to you.

After completing your purchase, you can download your files and start your project.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, payments for files that have already been downloaded are non-refundable.

If you have purchased a digital pattern but have not downloaded the files, you may request a refund within 2 days (48 hours) of your purchase, provided the files have not been downloaded.

Once the files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review the product description and pattern details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the design meets your expectations.
